Try BBK's Kebab platter for sorting mid-week blues
The word Kebab comes from the Arabic word Cabob, which means to char or burn. Kebabs originated during wars when soldiers used to roast animal meat over a wood fire in order to survive. From being a means of survival to becoming an integral part of Mughlai cuisine, Kebabs have come a long way.
Our favourite Kebabs were introduced to the Indian kitchen by Mughals. Some say that Afghans brought Kebabs. But there is no doubt that it was during the Mughal era when the dish started to reign over everyone's heart. In the kingdom of Mughal emperors, the Kebabs were made succulent with ample spices and dry fruits. And it is this juicy, aromatic form of Kebab that we all admire today.
They are full of spices to play tango with your taste buds, and the aromas enhance your overall experience. These melt-in-mouth delicacies come straight from the kitchen of the Middle East. The recipes of our chefs have brilliantly preserved the authentic savoury flavours.
The BBK renditions of lip-smacking Kebabs
During the reign of Mughals, the kitchen was the responsibility of khansamahs, and it was from their hands that the kings had delicious Kebabs. Likewise, here in BBK, we have our own khansamahs (chefs) to exclusively prepare the smooth minced pieces for you.
When our heart is not with us, we are in a constant dilemma about everything. Even if you decide to have Kebabs, you will be wondering which one to order exactly.
We hereby present our platters, both veg and non-veg, cooked to perfection and wrapped in different flavours, which you can have with special dips and chutneys.
